a) Confirmed & paid bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will attract 20% deduction
b) Confirmed & paid bookings cancelled 15 days prior to arrival will attract 50% deduction
c) Confirmed & paid bookings cancelled 07 days prior to arrival will attract 100% deduction
d) There is no refund for an early departure
