  • DiscoverIndiaOnVacation.com shall not be in any way responsible for any damage, losses, delay or injuries caused to any traveler due to terrorist activities, social or labor unrest or any other actions or conditions outside the tour operator’s control.
  • By embarking upon his/her journey, the traveler voluntary assumes all risk involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risk, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.
  • DiscoverIndiaOnVacation.com reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel a tour or to make changes in the itinerary and accommodations whenever conditions warrant it.
